Main configuration
1. Main arm: 8 sections of 88-meter elliptical large-section main arm, 1100MPa super-strong steel;
2. Jib: Standard 10.4-meter and 17.5-meter combinations, optional 2x8m standard sections up to 33.5 meters, common to the five-bridge series products;
3. Counterweight: Standard 72-ton movable counterweight, composed of 4 main counterweights + 4 side counterweights, 0t, 12t, 22t, 32t, 42t, 60t, 72t, 7 combinations, installed in the form of oil cylinder lifting; can be moved 0.5 meters, 72 tons of counterweight moved back 0.5 meters is equivalent to 78 tons;
4. Slewing bearing: Enhanced three-row roller slewing bearing, compared with single-row ball slewing bearing products, has less structural deformation under heavy load conditions and more stable rotation.
Easy operation
1. Twin-engine power: Cum-mins engine on board, non-road National IV emission, no need to add urea;
2. Counterweight transportation: 12t bottom counterweight can be placed in front of the vehicle to meet some lifting operations; Single counterweight width <2.35m, can be transported by box truck, 12t on board + 20t towed by box truck + counterweight moved back 0.5m, can meet most operation needs;
3. Universal counterweight: 42t main counterweight of five-axle series products can be interchanged and used in combination.
