XL2503 Soil Stabilizer

* The WP12 series electronic fuel injection engine is adopted, which has low fuel consumption and strong power; the display equipped can read various data, and also has advanced functions such as engine fault diagnosis and fault alarm.

* The transmission system adopts the structure of engine + transfer case, and the transfer case connects the rotor pump, travel pump and auxiliary pump, which is convenient for maintenance and repair.

* The working rotor adopts a new forged tool holder with a positioning pin and a high-wear-resistant tool, which is welded by a special machine, and the tool bar positioning is more accurate; the high-speed motor and reducer drive the rotation, which effectively increases the linear speed of the tool tip and reduces the cutting vibration during work.

* Travel system: the front axle is steered, the rear axle is driven, and the drive axle has two gears, high and low. The high speed is used for walking and the low speed is used for operation. The low-pressure wide-base deep-patterned herringbone tires installed on the drive axle have the characteristics of large adhesion and strong anti-skid ability.

* The braking system adopts air braking, with hand brake and foot brake. The hand brake is used for parking brake and the foot brake is used for driving brake, which is safe and reliable.
