Powerful lifting performance
Five-section 43m "U-shaped" main boom, leading the industry in comprehensive lifting performance. The industry's innovative plate-type boom head and compact boom tail have the best overlap ratio in the industry and a stronger boom carrying capacity.
High operating efficiency
The hydraulic pilot handle can realize the combined actions between the main and auxiliary lifting, luffing, rotation, and telescopic mechanisms, greatly improving the working efficiency of the crane. It has the characteristics of easy and flexible operation, stable and reliable operation, and stepless speed regulation. The single rope speed of the main and auxiliary winches can reach 142m/min (4th floor).
Stronger single rope tension
The main and auxiliary winches are standardly equipped with φ17 steel wire ropes.
Optimized transportation and disassembly and assembly
Convenient transfer, the whole machine can be transported without disassembly; the crawler is retractable, and the maximum transportation width of the whole machine is 3m.
Lifting system
The main and auxiliary winches are driven by a hydraulic motor through a planetary gear reducer to drive the drum to realize the lifting and lowering of the hook. A brake is installed between the motor and the reducer. The main and auxiliary winches can be controlled independently or in combination. The reducer and motor models of the main and auxiliary winches are the same and interchangeable. The main winch is equipped with a wire rope over-release protection device.
Luffing mechanism
The single-cylinder front-mounted luffing mechanism allows the boom elevation angle to vary between -1.5° and 80°. A balance valve is installed on the oil cylinder, and a deadweight drop system is used to reduce energy consumption and improve the stability of the drop operation.
Slewing mechanism
The slewing mechanism adopts a single-slewing form. The hydraulic motor drives the pinion on its output shaft through a planetary gear reducer to rotate around the outer gear ring of the slewing bearing fixed on the frame, thereby driving the upper part to make a 360° continuous rotation. It has a controllable free sliding function, which can realize automatic sliding into place during the hoisting process. It is equipped with a slewing buffer valve and a normally closed brake to ensure smooth and reliable slewing operation. The slewing bearing is a four-point ball type with strong load-bearing capacity and long service life.
