* XP263 tire roller is a self-propelled static roller, suitable for compacting asphalt pavement, foundation layer, sub-base layer and filling project, etc. It is an indispensable compaction equipment for road construction and water conservancy construction.

* Main technical performance and features
1) Power unit
XP263 adopts Shanghai Diesel SC7H160.2G3 electronically controlled diesel engine, which has high reliability and fuel economy,low noise, and low emission, meeting the National III stage standard. The main technical parameters are as follows:
Rated power: 118kW/1800RPM; idle speed: 750RPM; maximum torque: 780Nm/1300~1400RPM.
2) Transmission system
The transmission system consists of a torque converter, a power shift gearbox, a transmission shaft, a bridge, a chain and a rear wheel.
The engine drives the torque converter to work, the torque converter drives the power shift gearbox to work, the power output of the power shift gearbox is transmitted through the transmission shaft to drive the bridge to work, and the output power at both ends of the bridge drives the chain to be transmitted to the rear wheel, thereby completing the power transmission of the roller from the engine to the rear wheel and driving the roller to travel.
a. To meet various working and driving conditions, the gear is controlled by the electric control handle in two gears, 1st
gear: 0-8 km/h; 2nd gear: 0-17 km/h;
b. The forward and reverse speeds are consistent, which improves the working efficiency;
c. When the roller turns or the driving wheels are in different driving conditions and different ground adhesion coefficients,

3) Air circuit control system
The air circuit control system consists of an air bag, a pressure regulating valve, an air brake valve, a brake booster
cylinder, a brake cylinder, a brake, a diaphragm spring brake, a hand brake device, a pipeline, various joints, valves, etc.,
which can realize emergency braking and parking braking of the roller. The two sets of brake systems can be interlocked.
4) Body
The body adopts a box-type integral frame, and the front, the two sides of the middle and the lower part of the frame are
counterweight water tanks, which can also be used as water for sprinkling. Each part of the body is designed with maintenance holes and flip covers to facilitate the maintenance of various components.
5) The configuration of intelligent intermittent watering system can not only greatly improve the reliability of the watering system, but also minimize the impact of watering operation on the quality of the construction road surface.
