ZRT850 Rough Terrain Crane
Slewing mechanism
It is composed of hydraulic motor, planetary gear reducer, pinion and slewing bearing. The hydraulic motor drives the planetary gear reducer to drive the pinion to rotate, so that the outer ring of the slewing bearing on the turntable rotates relative to the inner ring of the slewing bearing on the frame, thereby realizing 360° continuous slewing motion of the upper vehicle.
Lifting operation
The lifting operation of the upper vehicle is controlled by two hydraulic cross-axis handles on both sides of the driver's seat (configured according to ISO standards).
The left handle controls the upper vehicle rotation and auxiliary winch action, the right handle controls the luffing and main winch action, and the telescopic pedal controls the telescopic action of the boom. Lifting, luffing and telescoping can be combined.
Driver's cab
The lifting operation and on-site driving of the ZRT400 are all operated in the driver's cab of the upper vehicle, which adopts a single-seat left-hand drive side-mounted driver's cab.
The hydraulic steering gear uses Jining Eaton products, the air conditioner uses the automobile air conditioner produced by Henan Yuxin, and the warm air device uses the air heater of Beijing Jingwei Automobile Equipment Co., Ltd. The exhaust emissions meet European environmental protection requirements.
There are armrest boxes for boarding operation on both sides of the seat. The left armrest box can be flipped. The boarding operation mode is arranged according to the ASME B30.5-2007 standard and meets the ISO standard.

Force limiter
When the lifting operation is close to the rated lifting torque, the force limiter can issue an audible and visual alarm. When the rated lifting torque is reached, the force limiter automatically cuts off the movement of the crane in the dangerous direction. The force limiter also has the function of limiting the operating area (operating radius, operating range, operating angle, operating height and rotation range).
Outrigger
Adopts H-type outrigger type. Four hydraulically controlled outriggers can be operated simultaneously or individually from the driver's cab. Each vertical cylinder is equipped with a two-way hydraulic lock to ensure that the outrigger is safely locked in the working or driving state.
The fixed outrigger is directly welded to the frame. During the lifting operation, the outrigger span has three operating states: full extension, half extension and full retraction.
