Performance Upgrade
*140-ton counterweight performance exceeds competitors by more than 40%.
*Fully extended 80-meter main arm 70-meter amplitude 140-ton counterweight lifting capacity 6 tons, reaching the industry's 500-ton performance level.
*The maximum lifting capacity of wind power maintenance conditions is 36 tons, fully covering 1.5MW and some 2.0MW wind turbine maintenance.
*The performance of medium-short arm and medium-long arm is improved by 5%~15%, and the lifting capacity is not lower than that of competitors.
The convenience of operation is greatly improved
*The counterweight mechanism is upgraded from the cylinder lifting type to the counterweight frame lifting mechanism, which has less deformation of the counterweight and is safer; the movable counterweight is changed to a standard 10-ton counterweight block, which is more convenient to dismantle and transport.
*The boom telescopic combination is increased from the current 3 to 6.
*Each working condition is equipped with an average of more than 5 counterweight combinations, and a maximum of 7 counterweight combinations. Small counterweights are used for small-amplitude operations, and large counterweights are used for large-amplitude operations.
*The typical wind power maintenance working condition is upgraded from 60m main arm + 16m auxiliary arm to 65m main arm + 9m/13m auxiliary arm, with the same lifting capacity (36t) and more convenient operation.
*The chassis is equipped with 445 large tires as standard, and the heavy load capacity is greatly increased.
*The maximum speed of the whole vehicle is increased from 72km/h to 80km/h.
Lower Operating Cost
*20 tons of non-standard movable counterweight blocks are all changed to standard 10 tons counterweight blocks, which can be combined at will and transported without overloading.
*6 types of boom telescopic combinations, switching of main boom working conditions saves time and fuel.
*Multiple counterweight combinations, small counterweights for small-scale operations, greatly reducing transportation costs.
*Add 9m and 13m heavy-duty arm working conditions to reduce the amount of arm assembly and disassembly and transportation.
*The chassis adds 3rd and 4th bridge independent lifting functions.
